Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched or made available for collection.Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services or circumstances beyond our control. Scottish Women's Walking Group is not responsible for delays caused by delivery companies.

Collection at Walks

Where available, customers may choose to collect their order from one of Heather's organised walks. Collection will be arranged after your order has been placed. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before attending for collection.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
